At the end of this month we will be participating in two Habitat for Humanity building projects that will provide homes for two needy families in Denver.  Twenty volunteers from the TreasureField community will be working from 9am to 4:30pm on Saturday, July 31st.  It is a really great opportunity we have to fulfill the needs of those outside of our church network.  We are currently in the process of raising funds to complete our builds.  We welcome your prayers as we look to God to provide for our needs.  We are looking to reach a goal of $5000 before July 31st.  If each of our twenty volunteers can raise $250 we’ll reach our goal.  If you feel led to donate I’ve outlined the three ways anyone can donate for our build below.  We’re really excited to be able to take part in this project.  We plan to get a good mix of TreasureFielders and those not familiar with Christ to serve side by side.  So please pray that God bring people into our midst that will be good soil for the gospel seeds to been sown.

There are three ways that any person can donate money to Habitat for Humanity:

  1. Donations can be made online HERE with a credit card.  Just make sure to put the name of TreasureField in the Special Designation line.
  2. Donations can be sent to 3245 Eliot Street, Denver, CO 80211. Checks or Money Orders must be payable to Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver. In the Memo line just be sure to write TreasureField so they know where the money is going.
  3. Donations can also be made by phone using a credit card by calling Kimberly Urish at 720-496-2716. She’s in charge of fundraising for the Metro Area and she can take care of all that.  Again, be sure to let her know that the donation is for the TreasureField build on July 31st.

Thank you for your prayers and support!  We’re excited to serve our community this way.
