We headed out on Saturday morning (the 12th) for the epic road trip of Summer 2010.  Not that driving from Colorado to Indiana is exactly epic, but being away from home for 2 1/2 weeks is.

Marty will be speaking at the back-to-back teen camps for the Indiana North District of the Wesleyan Church.  He’s excited to dive back into the youth ministry scene, at least for a little while.  We are extra pumped that our former youth group student, Kelly (McGovern) Jones, will be bringing her own youth group to camp.  (Cue “Circle of Life” music in your head.)

We’re going to miss our church family here while we’re gone, but we’re looking forward to seeing our Hoosier friends and family.  Please pray that the Lord will use Marty to impact the teens at these camps, and for safe travels for us.  We’ll be available by cell and email (thanks for the traveling internet, Phil), but we’ll resume these updates when we’re back home!
