Every Wesleyan church planter goes through a rigorous assessment.  Thirteen months ago it was my turn.  I met Chris Conrad during the first 5 minutes and 30 minutes later performed a mocking impression of him in front of the whole group.  And Chris was the person laughing loudest (and most obnoxiously – if you know Chris).  That’s just the kind of guy he is.

Tonight my leadership team and I joined Chris at a pizza party for CO church plants.  We deeply appreciate his encouragement and wisdom.  And we are so thankful to have a denomination that supports us as much as they do.  Thank you, Chris and The Wesleyan Church.  I hope we make you proud.
